Is there a free trial?
Yes. The demo at demo.sightpane.com is open to anyone, with the client and the agency side to click through. When you are ready, book a demo and we set your agency up with 14 days free on any plan.
What counts as a seat or an active project?
A seat is a person on your agency's team. A project is active until you archive it, and archived projects stay readable. Clients and the colleagues they invite never take a seat.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Client logins are free and unlimited on every plan, and clients can invite their own team at no cost. They follow progress, approve work and ask Sightpane AI, and you pay only for your plan.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your projects, messages, files and invoices stay yours. Ask us and we send a full export, and any AI agent with a read token can pull the same data through MCP.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever you like and we adjust your next bill. If you outgrow Agency, Enterprise sets limits around how you work.
How does Sightpane AI usage work?
Sightpane AI is included on every plan for you and your clients, with no fee per question. It is sized for normal project work, and we talk to you first if use ever runs far above that.
